The evening promises to be one of the year’s most memorable events, Our Jazz Age Lawn Party offers the unique, interactive opportunity to relive one of the most colorful and formative periods of history, all while supporting a great cause! We promise you an evening of great entertainment with interactive games, a live auction, Charleston demonstrations, and much more!

A portion of all ticket sales and all funds raised at the Cupertino Historical Society + Museum’s Annual BBQ finance our programs and educational offerings. While participation is entirely optional, we highly encourage attendees to embrace the spirit of the event and dress in their finest 1920s Daytime Vintage Attire.

Here's an excerpt from an article from Women's Wear Daily that describes attendees at the famous annual Jazz Age Lawn Party on New York’s Governors Island that perfectly captures the look of vintage 1920s day wear:

"straight-line chemises, drop-waist dresses and retro swimsuits, for starters, most of which were accompanied by loops of pearls, decorative headpieces and plenty of bob hairstyles. Not to be left behind, the men were as dapper as could be, many in crisp three-piece summer suits topped off with bow ties, pocket squares and straw hats."
