Join us for a Wine Paired Dinner with menu from Distinguished Engagements. Dinner starts at 6pm in our Event Building. 

 

Seared scallop, yuzu bba sauce, crushed wasabi peas, pea micros

 

Miso broth, fresh ramen noodles (colored with beet, tumeric, or spinach), rainbow carrot flowers, mizuna micros

 

Sesame-maple Japanese Turnips, crispy spinach with plum wine vinaigrette, red amaranth micros

Ginger-soy glazed chicken, sweet potato risotto, crispy chili-rubbed chicken skin & crispy sweet potato straws

 

Japanese cheesecake, candied ginger & citrus sauce, white chocolate lattice, toasted hazelnuts
