Japan’s history of Izakaya dates back over 250 years, when sake shops and brewers started preparing snacks for guests. The shops quickly morphed into gathering spots for the neighborhood. As these delicious offerings evolved from table snacks to elaborate dishes, the heart of an izakaya remains the place to connect and celebrate community.

Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration. Tickets include two complimentary drinks (wine, sparkling wine, craft beer or non-alcoholic beverages), complimentary valet or self-parking. A 20% service charge is included.
