After five annual releases of IWA’s signature Assemblage bottlings, IWA Reserves marks a new chapter of the brand’s ever-growing sake legacy. Crafted exclusively from individually bottled, matured sake components dating back to 2017, IWA Reserves showcases the complexity, intensity, and vitality that come with patience, as well as the mastery of the art of blending itself.
