Wishing you were in Italy for the Winter Games? We've got the next best thing in this guided tasting & class! From legends to lesser-knowns, we will be tasting our way all around the peninsula with wine and cheese from Italy. We will be talking about the unique differences in each area that makes their wine and cheese special, all while tasting some of the finest pairings around. Your ticket includes a light meal-sized tasting of five different Italian cheeses and tasting pours of five Italian wines from across the flavor spectrum.
If for any reason you or your guests avoid alcohol, we do offer non-alcoholic pairings, please email us at least 24 hours prior to the event with your reservation information prior to the class to arrange. Please note that while we do offer non-alcoholic pairings in this class, we will be discussing wine and its history in detail.
