From legends to lesser-knowns, we will be tasting our way all around the peninsula with wine and cheese from Italy. We will be talking about the unique differences in each area that make their wine and cheese unique, all while tasting some of the finest pairings around. Your ticket includes a light meal-sized tasting of five different Italian cheeses and tasting pours of five Italian wines from across the flavor spectrum.
If for any reason you or your guests avoid alcohol, we do offer non-alcoholic pairings, please email us at least 24 hours prior to the event with your reservation information prior to the class to arrange. Please note that while we do offer non-alcoholic pairings in this class, we will be discussing wine and its history in detail.
To ensure a great experience, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. Our table size is limited to 5 people. If you have more than five individuals, feel free to make separate reservations, but due to space you will not be seated at the same table., though with 48 hour advance notice, we can usually sit parties near each other.
