This exciting curriculum introduces students to the wealth of Italian native grape varieties that are fundamental to comprehending Italy’s complex and fascinating wines. The focus on native grapes, as well as regional appellations, sets this course apart from many others and provides a unique depth of knowledge and understanding of Italian wines and culture.
