Sicilian style pizza with tempeh sausage (handmade tempeh) and marinara and cashew cheese

White beans with escarole

Mushroom risotto

Green salad with italian dressing

Ziti with eggplant sauce

Roasted beets with walnuts

Dessert: Citrus Semolina cake with vanilla ice cream (cashew base)
