Located on the furthest point of the Amalfi Coast in Campania, you’ll find the beautiful seaside village of Nerano. This Italian village is best known for their beaches, intimate dining experiences, and their infamous dish Spaghetti alla Nerano. Created in 1952, this recipe quickly became one of the many classic pasta dishes of Campania. Using the simple ingredients of Spaghetti, Zucchini, Provolone del Monaco, and Parmigiano Reggiano this dish is the perfect pasta dish to enjoy all year long!

In this class guests will:
• Participate in the hands-on activity to prepare your own Spaghetti alla Nerano dish with the guidance of Chef of La Scuola.
• Enjoy an antipasti to start and learn the fresh pasta dish prepared by Chef of La Scuola with complementary wine and prosecco
• Take home the adapted recipe and wine notes of the meal served during the class.
