Join UNICO DMV on Sunday, February 22 at 10:00 am, for a hands-on culinary lesson that celebrates the flavors, traditions, and joy of Italian cooking, while also benefiting charity.
Participants in this cooking class will learn how to prepare a classic three-course Italian lunch using traditional techniques and authentic ingredients featuring:
Antipasti: An assortment of crostini and bruschette with salumi.
Primo: hand-made fresh gnocchi with two sauces (gorganzola and amitriciana)
Dolce: home made Sicilian Blood Orange Sorbetto.
Participants will then enjoy the fruits of their labor at a lunch to be served to attendees of our February UNICO DMV charity fundraising meeting, immediately following the class.
