Mangia! Sunday dinner is all about family, laughter, and a table full of delicious comfort food. In this hands-on class, we’ll cook up an Italian-American feast together—just like Nonna would.

After cooking, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy the full feast together. Come hungry, ready to cook, and ready to share a true Italian-American experience.

Sunday "Dinner" time is usually in the afternoon so plan to eat around 1 or 1:30.

All classes are hands-on. We have a collection of traditional pasta making tools from Italy and special pasta rolling boards. Everyone will make their own pasta and will work together to roll meatballs and prepare the garlic bread.

Classes are held at IL LABORATORIO - our Italian Cooking School kitchen located at 3101 Guess Rd. (NOT at Melina's Fresh Pasta shop).

All participants receive a Class Recipe Book via email after the class with the recipes from the class.

Daniela is a 1st generation Italian American who moved to NC from Clearwater, Florida where she grew up in her family’s Italian market. That is where Daniela grew a love for baking, cooking and hospitality. She now owns her own businesses Ds Corner Kitchen, where she offers weekly meal prep services. She also owns Baked By D and loves keeping Italian traditions alive by offering classic Italian baked good. Having cooked along side her Italian mother for most of her life, she is excited to share everything she’s learned over the years with people who attend her Italian cookie classes.

All classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 days notice).
