Vom Fass may be a German company, but EVERYONE is Irish on St Patrick's Day! Which is why we're excited to be hosting our first ever Irish whiskey dinner featuring a evening of five food and whiskey pairings. Often, we do these dinners with food and wine pairings, but on Thursday, March 12th from 6-8pm we'll be trading in the wine glasses for a whiskey glencairn. All of our Irish whiskies are EXCLUSIVE to Vom Fass, and we'd love to share them with you!

What makes Irish whiskey so sought-after and unique? Is it because they're distilled three times? Perhaps it's the golden barley or the clean water growing and flowing through the Emerald Isle? We can't say for sure, you'll just have to come and decide for yourself!

In an effort to make these whiskies even more enjoyable, we'll be pairing each bottle with a fun and "traditional" Irish food pairing. No, it's not just potatoes, calm down now. Though the pairings are subject to change, we're planning on the following:

First Course: Smoked Salmon with Dip Crostini
Whiskey Pairing: The Lone Hawthorn "Double Wood"

Second Course: Rathcoursey Emerald Soup
Whiskey Pairing: The Lone Hawthorn "Emerald Roots"

Third Course: Fish and Chips
Whiskey Pairing: The Lone Hawthorn "Craft Beer Batch"

Fourth Course: Corned Beef and Cabbage
Whiskey Pairing: Teeling Sherry Cask Whiskey

Fifth Course: Sticky Toffee Pudding
Whiskey Pairing: Irish Whiskey Liqueur

Don't wait too long to reserve your seats for this dinner! Due to the limitations in space here at Vom Fass, this event is limited to just 24 guests and those seats will be filled on a first come, first served basis. So don't wait a minute longer to grab as many seats as you need for an evening of great food and even better whiskey... but only while those seats last! Tickets for this all-inclusive dinner are just $75/person.

Note: If you'd like to be seated with another group who has signed up separately, we'd be grateful if you inform us a day or two prior to the event. This really helps us out when it comes to planning the seating arraignment.

Refund Policy: If notified 72 hours or more before the event we are happy to provide guests with a full refund of your ticket price (Eventbrite will not refund any fees). If you should need to cancel in less than 72 hours, we can either roll your tickets over into a different event or offer you a store credit for the ticket price (which will not include Eventbrite fees).
