Barrel Tasting, Wine-Paired Lunch with Inside Wine Santa Barbara
Saturday, December 18, 2021 - 11:00 am Vineyard Walk; 11:30 Main Program and Lunch
Join our holiday party combined with wine education at our exclusive Buttonwood Farm Winery event with winemaker Karen Steinwachs.
She will give us a tour of part of the 39-acre hilltop mesa estate vineyard, then lead us through a barrel sampling of her wines, including 3 vintages of Buttonwood Cab Franc. Barrel tasting is an experience every wine aficionado should have at least once. Tasting a wine in the process of developing and comparing it to finished wine informs one's palate and increases comprehension of the stages wine goes through from grape to glass.
A catered lunch with wine sampling follows the main program. We'll enjoy delicious handmade pizza and farmers market salad from Fire & Wine Catering .
