Join Hugh Davies, Vintner & Proprietor of Schramsberg Vineyards, as he leads you through a curated tasting of our J. Schram Blancs. Start with a series of base wines, to experience what a winemaker works with when crafting a master blend, followed by a tasting of J. Schram blend prior to going through its secondary fermentation. Next, you will enjoy a "natural" offering, or a wine following secondary fermentation but prior to the addition of the final dosage. Finally, savor in a series of delicious finished J. Schram Blancs bottlings, ranging from the current 2015 release to a library offering from the 1997 vintage.
