Howard Mahan

If you like the sounds of the Allman Brothers, Warren Haynes and Derek

Trucks you’ll love Howard Mahan. He came up from southern Kansas

recently, and has been getting lots of notice from musicians. We are excited

to see what happens when we add him to our musical menu here at Holy-

Field.

Howard began playing the guitar at 9, tackling the sounds of Texas, New Orleans and Chicago.

In college he studied jazz and classical, while gigging at night. Now in his 20s, Howard plays with a

diversity of style that can not be ignored.
