A star-studded night of food, wine, sharing…and oversharing (in all the best senses of the word)
We are thrilled to bring back a truly unique wine dinner in an utterly Hollywood setting. This intimate farmers market-to-table meal will be prepared and hosted by chef, cookbook author, and Food Network personality Bob Blumer (aka the Surreal Gourmet) under the stars at his home below the “D” of the iconic Hollywood sign.
LearnAboutWine's Sommelier Ian Blackburn has selected wine pairings that will "dazzle and delight" even the most discerning connoisseur. Ian and the team will provide extraordinaire service for this event.
To take this event up a notch, we are requiring each guest (or couple) to bring a special bottle "with a meaningful story to share with the table." An old champagne? A storied white? A ancient red? A rare dessert wine? Which will you bring, what will it reveal about you, and what conversations will it spark?! In return, Bob will gift each guest/couple with a copy of his award-winning cookbook Glutton for Pleasure.
