Please join us for our next 3-course event, featuring a variety of wines perfect for the holidays!


Please join us for our next dinner at our North Park location! This 3-course dinner will focus on wines perfect for the holidays. We'll feature an all-red line up, well-rounded with a light, medium and full-bodied red. Each of these selections hails from a small-production winery, making for a great wine to share with friends and family over the holidays. Chef Erin will present a holiday-themed menu focused around comforting winter flavors to highlight each wine. This will be a great opportunity to taste through an eclectic line up of wines from very different regions. Don't miss this lovely evening of wine, paired courses, conversation and holiday cheer!


* Please note, this dinner will take place on the second floor in event space. A flight of exterior, low-rise stairs is the only way to access this event area.


Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course. Pork Scallopini on Country French Bread with Cranberry-Herb Compound Butter. Topped with Sage Reduction Drizzle and Arugula Salad

Slow Roasted Beef in French Onion Au Jus Reduction Topped wih Roasted Chestnut Bechamel over Edamame + Russet Mash and Braised Radishes
