After this Brunch Cooking Class, you’ll be the best prepared to host your friends and family for the holidays! Learn how to make a classic Pippin-Style brunch including our famous Pippin Hill Waffle (a signature item on our events menu), a one-pan seasonal frittata big enough to feed the whole family, and a delectable Chocolate Pain Perdu. Following this hands-on cooking class, guests will enjoy a family-style brunch-for-dinner with Chef Victoria.

We are “pairing” each class with a featured wine. You will have your choice of 2 glasses of red or white wine that evening.

About the Cooking School Experience

Participants will gather inside the kitchen for your cooking class demonstration. After the lesson, guests will enjoy a family style dinner in our Tasting Room. Please note, that you may be grouped together with other cooking class participants during the hands-on portion of the class.

Each attendee receives 2 drink tickets redeemable for your choice of pre-selected red or white Pippin Hill wine. Upon arrival, please check-in with our team who will give you your 2 drink tickets, the recipes to follow along, and an apron for the evening. Wines by the bottle are available for sale for you to take home.

Price of your ticket covers the cooking class for $135 and a 20% service charge.
