Local Event
We are excited to finally return to cooking classes here at the Lyceum. We will start with our first class on Pasta. In this course you will learn how to make two different pastas from scratch. For our raviolis, we will make ricotta from scratch to mix with our farm herbs and finish with a honeynut squash sauce. For our cavatelli, we will create a flavorful mushroom cream sauce; a satisfying dish for cold winters night.
Classes will start with a demonstration, and then lead into group instruction as you practice your new skills in real time. For this class, each attendee will also get two pasta making tools that they will be able to keep and bring home to further their pasta filled adventures . Light snacks and beverages will be served throughout the class which will conclude with communal lunch featuring the pasta we made in class, as well as a salad and dessert.
Space is limited to 10 guests. Due to the intimate size and limited time, we will be unable to accommodate any deviations from the planned menu.
