We are very excited to announce our next wine dinner at our Pacific Beach location, Drift Cafe! For our October offering, we're very excited to announce a fantastic line up of wines focused around the start of Fall, celebrating all things harvest! Chef Erin will present an eclectic variety of selections from various wine regions, including Paso Robles, Napa Valley and Sonoma. The common theme for these wines is that they are all perfect for the Fall and the upcoming holidays! Each wine will be paired with its own harvest themed dinner course. You won’t want to miss this latest autumn menu, which only occurs 1-2 times each year. Chef Erin will also walk attendees through a dynamic conversation of wine, food, terroir and winery highlights. Expect a wonderful evening of wine, food and insights. 




Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course. 2023 Bricoleur Kick Ranch Sauvignon Blanc

Roasted Butternut + Brown Butter Fennel Bisque with Mint + Chevre Drizzle and Pomegranate



2022 WALT "Blue Jay" Anderson Valley Pinot Noir

Brioche Toast Point topped with Wild Mushroom, Roasted Chestnuts + Shallot Sherry Cream Sauce and Amaretto-Soaked Dried Cherries. Garnished with Minced Chive and Micro Greens


 

2024 The Set Santa Rita Hills Table Red Blend (Gamay/Syrah)

Roasted Vegetable Stack with Acorn Squash, Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Caramelized Eggplant, Brown Butter Parsnip and Brown Lentils. Topped with Caramelized Parsnip Crème and Chimichurri



2022 Cairjn Willow Creek District Syrah

Cabernet + Rosemary Braised Lamb Shank in Au Jus + Tomato Reduction on Caramelized Eggplant + Romano Soft Polenta. Topped with Mission Fig, Fresh Herb and Kalamata Bruschetta


 

2020 HALL Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin on Wilted Greens and Topped with Blueberry-Thyme Pan Jus. Served with Pumpkin + Parmesan Risotto
