Each course highlights a different expression from this exceptional lineup: the soft, rounded elegance of the Wheated Bourbon, the classic depth and structure of the Straight Bourbon, and the bold, spice‑driven character of the Rye. Together, these pairings create a guided exploration of grain, terroir, and technique, celebrating the artistry behind both the kitchen and the rickhouse.

5 pm - 6 pm: Cocktail Hour: Arrive at any point during our cocktail hour and enjoy a handcrafted welcome cocktail designed by our nationally recognized bar team.

At 6 pm we will ask you to take your seats and the first course will be served.
