For ages 18 & up
Invest a little time in learning how to make a meal that will satisfy all your pent-up cravings for Hatch chiles. Working with a small team in our kitchen, you'll create Hatch-infused dressing for your citrus salad; learn to add even more flavor to steak after it comes off the grill; make two simple, delicious, southwestern side dishes; and master a simple fruit-filled cake that complements the menu.
For ages 18 & up. Participants who are 21 & up will enjoy a glass of wine that has been paired with the meal.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
