Welcome to the world of pizza! There are many different types of pizzas across Italy. Coming from Rome, Pizza alla Pala is an oval-shaped pizza served on a wooden pala, or paddle. Thick and crispy on the outside, but still fluffy in the center, the toppings are added after the pizza is baked. In this class, you'll make your own pizza dough from scratch to take home as well as prepare an individual pizza to enjoy in class.

In this Class You Will:

• Learn about the traditions and culture of Pizza alla Pala
• Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Pizza alla Pala
• Make your own Pizza alla Pala dough from scratch by hand to take home
• Top your own Pizza alla Pala to enjoy in class
• Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, welcome Prosecco, and an individual Pizza alla Pala alongside a wine pairing
