Pasta has been a cultural mainstay in Rome for most of recorded history. Join Chef Jude to learn the essential techniques and create a delicious menu to enjoy after class.

-Fresh Green Salad, Roasted Grapes & Hazelnuts, Balsamic Vinaigrette
-Semolina Olive Oil Cake, Cherry Preserves, Vanilla Gelato
