Don't miss an exciting evening featuring fantastic wines from HALL and WALT, as well as a Zinfandel from BACA!


For our December dinner at our Orange County location, we're very excited to announce the return of HALL, WALT and BACA wines! We'll be featuring a fantastic line up of wines (completely different from our February 2022 dinner!) from HALL, WALT and BACA. This family of wines from founders, Kathryn Walt-Hall and Craig Hall focus on offering some of the finest selections of vineyards. While HALL focuses on Napa varietals and appellations, WALT and BACA are varietal specific, with a focus on Pinot Noir (WALT) and Zinfandel (BACA) from a variety of stellar vineyards. Erin Hamada will be joining us from the winery to pour wine and share the HALL/WALT family story. You won't want to miss this fantastic evening of wine, food and conversation! s.


* Please note, this dinner will take place on the second floor in loft space. A flight of low-rise stairs is the only way to access the seated dinner area.


Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course. 2018 WALT Sonoma Coast Chardonnay

Savory Custard with Gruyere, Parmesan and Sherry and Topped with Flash Sauteed White Shrimp. Garnished with Fresh Chive and Served with House Crostini


2020 WALT Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir

Chef Erin’s Honeymoon Stew: Sicilian Chicken Sausage + Ground Sirloin Meatballs, Grilled Zucchini, Sautéed Crimini, Israeli Couscous, Caramelized Red Onion and Fresh Bruschetta in Porcini Broth. Topped with Romano Cheese and Crumbled Bacon


2018 HALL Napa Valley Merlot

18+ Hour Slow Roasted Sage Stuffed Pork on Romano-Shallot Soft Polenta Topped with Sofrito Sauce, Blackened Portobello, Nutmeg Brie Cream, Crispy Onion and Minced Scallion


2019 HALL Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Mustard + Spice Braised Brisket topped with Au Jus + Cabernet Reduction and Served with Mashed Purple Potatoes and Rosemary-Romano Braised Butternut Squash


2020 BACA "Home Base" Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel

Chef Erin's Dark Chocolate Soft Brittle: 72% Belgian Dark Chocolate, Dried Bing Cherry, Espresso Bean, Charred Walnut, Chocolate Graham Pieces, Kettle Chip Pieces, Rosemary, Black Pepper and Sea Salt
