Our first Wine Dinner of 2022 features the Gundlach Bundschu Winery of Sonoma Valley! Family-owned and crafting ultra-premium California wines for over 160 years, "Gun Bun" wines will pair ever so nicely with Chef Phil's 5-course menu created just for the evening. The menu includes Scallop Crudo paired with a Chardonnay, Potato Gnocchi paired with a Mountain Cuvee, Prime Beef Tenderloin Medallions paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon, Herb Duck Breast paired with a Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and a Lemon Cake for dessert paired with a lovely Dry Gewurztraminer. It will definitely be a dinner you won't soon forget!
