Back by popular demand, we have two Grape Stomping events in the vineyard this year!
Our October 22nd event is a pét-nat grape stomping. Guests will stomp grapes in the manner of our forebears and then enjoy a special lunch consisting of a four-wine flight of pét-nats from wine regions around the world, all paired with temaki (sushi hand rolls).
The temaki is by Kinoko (Chef Kelseay Dukae ). You may have already experienced Kinoko @smorgasburg in Williamsburg on Saturdays and Prospect Park on Sundays.
But there's more... This year for the first time, guests will later receive their share of the production, about six bottles! As the wine must process and age, there will be a pickup party scheduled for May 2023, exact date TDB.

Panko-fried oyster mushroom, yuzu mayo, green onion, drizzled with hot honey
Jackfruit sneauxcrab crunchy dynamite with cucumbers
Flash-fried gulf shrimp with remoulade sauce and green onions
Spicy tuna crunchy with cucumbers and crispy shallots
