In this guided tasting, we'll be teaching you about all things goat! Goats are silly, fun animals that produce absolutely delicious milk for cheesemaking. We'll be showing you five cheeses made from goat's milk in a wide range of styles. We'll tell you about what makes goat's milk unique, the histories of goats as dairy animals, and taste five delicious cheeses along the way.
For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
