• The 2 ancient pre-lager regional/city "appellations" (protected by Brewing guilds for 100's of years)- Altbier from Duesseldorf (ex. Uerige) AND Koelsch from Köln (ex. Reissdorf)
• PLUS a wheat beer (ex. Michael Plank)
• 4 Lagers- 1 bock (ex. Einbecker), 1 monastic Bavarian/Munich style (ex. Kloster-Hell, Kloster-Dunkel, Curator Doppelbock), 1 smoked beer (ex. Schlenkerla) 1 Berliner Weisse (ex. Fritz Briem 1809, Lemker)
