Viticulturally speaking, France’s longest river, the Loire, is arguably most famous for the few miles that it snakes beneath the tiny hilltop hamlet of Sancerre, and its renowned wines from Sauvignon Blanc. But at over 600 miles, the Loire river valley is home to no fewer than a dozen appellations that produce world-class, bench mark wines from myriad varieties of grapes, Cabernet Franc, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir and Melon de Bourgogne among them. It is said you get what you pay for, but in the case of under-the-radar producers and appellations, you can find incredible value. Please join us at WW&P to taste 7 wines from lesser known, unassuming appellations that represent extraordinary charm, complexity, and value.

This special event is a drop-in tasting. But do come early as we do have a max capacity for this event. Just stop by the wine shop to pick up your glass and then head to the Wahoo! Grill Garden Room. Wines will be available for purchase post tasting - make sure to grab them before they are gone!
