Time to “geek out” on Sake! You know the basics, so let’s go deeper in this series of sake classes. Each class will focus on topics such as specific rice varieties, strains of yeast, differences in starting methods, and much more!
In this first class of the series, we’ll focus on rice as we taste various sake made from different types of rice, including Omachi, Yamada Nishika, Dewasansan, and more!
