Join us for our first Full Moon Yoga of the season! Enjoy an hour & 15 minute guided yoga session followed by a glass of wine!
During the full moon we will explore the theme of full awareness through the practice of yoga poses. This class is open to all levels of experience. Lauren, the class instructor, will guide you with an easeful flow from one pose to the next. Lauren earned her Kripalu certification in 1998 and also completed Ana Forrest Advanced Teacher Training in 2017 at Kripalu. She began teaching Yoga in NYC and has taught for over 20 years at colleges and various learning centers. She currently teaches at Keuka Peaceful Roots in Hammondsport.
This yoga class will take place in our semi open air pavilion above the tasting room. Class will start at 8:00pm. Arrive 15 minutes prior to set up and get comfortable. Come dressed for yoga (we recommend some layers) and bring a mat! Class will end at 9:15pm and be followed by a complimentary glass of Point of the Bluff wine. Additional wine will be available to purchase by the glass or bottle until 10:00pm.
Masks are required until you are at your yoga mat. Yoga mats will be spaced six feet apart. After class, we have socially distanced tables where you will be able to take your mask off and enjoy your glass of wine with some cheese and crackers. If at any time you are walking around, going to the restroom, etc., a mask must be worn. The safety and health of our guests is our biggest priority!
