Thirsty Thursdays are food & beverage pairing events at Blackbelly meant to delight all your senses. Our multi-course dinner menus are designed around flavor profiles of beverages highlighted. A guided tasting is led by the producers and chefs.
This BONUS event on October 16 will be a celebration of the incredible bounty from our neighbors at Esoterra Culinary Gardens. Their commitment to organic practices and healthy soil will translate directly to the vibrant flavors you'll enjoy in both the food and beverage pairings.
Event includes: Welcome beverage + appetizers, followed by a guided 3-course beverage pairing dinner along with Esoterra Culinary Gardens Owner & Farmer, Mark DeRespinis.
