Summer is almost here, which means it's time for our guided tasting of all things Fresh Cheese! This class is all about the youngest of cheese... chevre, mozzarella, fromage frais, and all things light and refreshing. Our cheesemongers will guide you through a tasting of five of the perfect cheeses for enjoying all summer long and teaching you all about this style of cheese.
For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
To ensure a great experience, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. Our table size is limited to 5 people. If you have more than five individuals, feel free to make separate reservations, but due to space you will not be seated at the same table., though with 48 hour advance notice, we can usually sit parties near each other. All sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to transfer class tickets to another date. All participants purchasing and consuming alcohol pairings must be 21+ with valid ID. If you have any questions, please email info@beautifulrind.com.
