For ages 18 & up
Expand your repertoire by learning to make these iconic French dishes. Working with a small team, you'll create a classic salad; a pan-fried steak; a pan sauce; two veggies; and a rich chocolate pudding. At the end of class, you'll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of French wine with the meal.

Pommes Anna (Baked, Thinly Sliced, Layers of Potatoes)

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
