Pinot Noir: Showcases aromatic notes of exotic spice, cherry preserves and black tea. The palate is plush, jammy and ripe with flavors of spicy black pepper, cola and plum. Blend of grapes from the regions of Monterey, Sonoma and Santa Barbara.
Pinot Gris: Expressive fruit on the palate and a delightful, lengthy finish. Aromas of tangerine, melon and minerality on the nose blend with floral hints of jasmine and lily on the palate. Layered notes of fresh-picked white peach, apricot, green apple and juicy pear mingle with touches of toast and white pepper, finishing with subtle hints of lemon and wet stone.
Brut Rosé: Sparkles with a luminous cool pink hue and exudes delicate aromas of strawberry, nectarine and juicy red apples. On the palate, the wine opens with flavors of cherry, blood orange, citrus peel and the tropical star fruit that are underlined by a bright acidity that keeps the overall impression delightfully fresh with a lively, lingering finish. The wine engages the entire palate with balance wrapped in a refined body of elegance and effervescence.
20 Cuvée Sparkling: opens with appealing, delicate aromas of orange blossom, honeysuckle and Anjou pear. A sparkling wine with beautiful depth and nuance, the layered, vibrant palate has notes of lemon meringue, Georgia peach, wild raspberry and dried cranberry, with hints of caramel, slivered almond candied ginger and Danish pastry developed over years of aging en tirage.
