"Making wine has been our passion - fueling our dreams and enriching our lives" (Nick Goldschmidt)
Katherine: Made in tandem by Nick and his middle daughter, Katherine, this very popular Cabernet Sauvignon has become a close family tradition over the years. Deep purple with a red middle with prevalent aromas of blueberry and dark cherry. A concentration of wild black berries, bitter sweet chocolate, maple with round supple tannins. While the wine shows off its generous structure and firm tannins, the finish is luxurious and velvet-like as it gracefully ends.
The Boulder Bank: This racy varietal comes in several styles ranging from a high-acid UK style that cuts through the fat of fish & chips to the more tropical fruit style preferred by American tastes. Kiwi winemaker Nick Goldschmidt crafts Boulder Bank to suit the latter and the wine pairs particularly well with Mediterranean cuisine.
Fidelity Red: This wine has a vibrant, dark purple hue. The nose shows gorgeous red cherry and blueberry aromas with background spice. Soft red fruit characters, accented by black tea flavors makes the mouth immediately pleasing. Tannins are round and soft with a nice acid to balance. It finishes with long and supple tannins.
Singing Tree Chardonnay: This Chardonnay is medium to light straw in color. Aromas of ripe melon mingle with hints of lemon, gun flint and wet stone along with a subtle starfruit character. The minimal oak show hints of fresh ground nutmeg to support the structure and provide complexity.
