The Hardwick Vineyard and Winery is located on a quiet country road that winds around the Quabbin Reservoir, in the central Massachusetts town of Hardwick. For more than a decade the Samek family drove down this road with their eyes on the abandoned Giles E. Warner mansion, built in 1795. They dreamed of starting a vineyard and winery, and saw potential in the two-hundred-year-old house, built while George Washington was president. In 1997, the family bought the house and its 150 acres of land, and began the painstaking process of authentically restoring it.

Chocolate Raspberry

Chocolate Raspberry wine is a rich and fruity blend of premium chocolate, red raspberries, and hybrid red grapes. It is a nicely balanced dessert wine that can be enjoyed on its own and it also pairs nicely with sweet treats and fresh berries.

Reservoir Rose

Reservoir Rose is a blend of white and red hybrid grapes. This refreshing dry rose is bursting with notes of juicy red berries, crisp citrus, and notes of tree fruits. This is a beautifully refreshing sipping wine on its own, and also pairs wonderfully with salads, brunch items, seafood, chicken, and light fare.
