Please Join Us for A Very Special Chef-Prepared Four Course Tasting Dinner in our tasting room.
Each Course will be paired with one of our Award Winning Wines. For your appetizer we have a Pear Squash Bisque with Cinnamon Cream and Sausage and Apple Mini Pie, which will be served with our 2017 Chardonnay Reserve. For you plated Salad we have a Warm Roasted Beet Salad, served with our 2017 Malbec Reserve. For Entrees we have a Creamy Pumpkin Pasta with Pine Nut Gremolata, Sweet-and-Spicy Chicken with Roasted Sweet Potatoes, and a Parmesan Crusted Cod with Asparagus. These will be accompanied with our 2017 Pinot Gris Reserve and 2020 Cabernet Franc. Lastly for Dessert, an Apple, Apricot and Cranberry Cobbler, served with our 2017 Hippie Chick.
