FIRST COURSE:
Salmon Tataki
Thinly sliced seared salmon served with yuzu dressing topped with crispy potato strings

Cocktail: Yuzu Bramble
Yuzu, Gin, Simple Syrup, Chambord

Crispy Fried Chicken tossed in a karaage sauce served on top of sticky rice garnished with scallions

Pan Seared Steak served on top of Miso Butter Broth Ramen

This is a 21+ only event. Limited to 18 guests. If you plan to attend with a group, please have one person from your party purchase all of the tikets you wil need in one order. (This will help us know to seat you together.) Also, we have noticed that there are many Facebook scammers claining to have tickets to our events, these are not legitimate. Tickets are only available directly from our EventBrite page. Tickets are non-transferrable and can not be re-sold.
