Join us for a journey through five of the world’s most interesting wine countries with imports (and one local wine!) from The Source. The Source started importing wines in 2010. Every year they visit the vineyards and cellars of each of their producers numerous times to better understand the winemaking practices and the wines.
The wines they import must be made with minimal additives to preserve both the sense of terroir and the health of the wine. The Source requires that vintners be rigorous and mindful of their vinicultural practices, with a focus on sustainability. While certification is not required, the bulk of their producers are certified by the European Union as Organic or Biodynamic. Many of the producers that The Source imports are making wine from once abandoned vineyards. We hope you will enjoy joining us for this journey while we bring you not only great, honest, soulful wines, but also the stories of their makers—the people who bleed, sweat and toil to make these wines that bring more enjoyment to our daily lives.
