About: While Spatburgunder has been established in Germany for many years, Enderle & Moll, Wasenhaus, and Daniel Twardowski represent newer generations pushing the boundaries of quality and elegance for these wines. Our Chefs Madalyn Durrant and Nick Byrns are developing a five-course menu to pair with these special wines. If you choose to bring a bottle or two of your own that is consistent with the theme, we are happy to open it without any corkage fee. The dinner will begin with sparkling Spatburgunder with hors d'ouevres before moving into the flights.
