Fioretta invites you to experience a 4-course wine dinner perfectly paired with GAJA Wines -- one of the greatest estates in the world, producing coveted and collectible labels. Culinary Director, Joseph Rizza, and Marc Nuara, GAJA Wines Ambassador, have curated a delectable dinner menu with world-famous Piedmont wine pairings that Wine Spectator calls “the finest Italian wines ever made.”
