Join Cucina Migrante and Balsamico Italian Kitchen for a fun mid-summer multi course dinner experience created to celebrate 'Ferragosto', the most important summer holiday in Italy. It is going to be a celebration of flavors from the north and the south of Italy including pastas, meat, seafood and a great wine selection.
The experience takes place at Balsamico Italian Kitchen in Imperial Beach, in a fun and communal space where everyone can connect and enjoy great wine and food.
Each course will be paired with a different amazing wine selected by Vino Migrante.
Join us between 6-6.30 pm for a welcoming reception were we will be serving a welcoming glass and imported Prosciutto di Parma aged 16 Months and Melone (Cantalupe)
We will then dive into the event serving:
LIKE IN MODENA - Appetizer medly from Modena with Parmesan cheese, tigelle and cold cuts.
THE PERFECT DUO EXISTS - Tortelli pasta with ricotta and spinach in a Parmigiano Reggiano sauce and finished with our aged Balsamic from Modena
FISH MADNESS - Catch of the day Sicilian style with a crumble of pistachios, lemon and capers
FERRAGOSTO SICILIANO Summer steak with your-not-usual chimichurri and a seasonal side
SWEET CUDDLE - Watermelon gelato
Each course will be paired with a different amazing wine selected by Vino Migrante.
