Local Event
Inspired by medieval restaurantifs - food and herbal medicines that restore one's health and served in an open - fire, communal setting. As Summer draws to a close, Autumn begins the season of rest and rejunivation. We are hosting this gathering, not only to say goodbye to the the harvest of summer, but to celebrate the heartiness and deep flavors of Fall. Spend the evening with us enjoying a curated experience, dining and discussing the components that bring these dinners together.
We will beging the evening with a local whiskey tasting and amuse bouche. Relax, play some lawn games and enjoy our a cocktail as the sun begins to set on the mountain.
Throughout the courses we will discuss the creative process behind our menu and the amazing people we've been able to work with along the way. We will do tastings of
in - house ferments, pickles, sodas and of course more whiskey!
As the evening draws to a close we will finish with a selection of open - fire desserts.
