Fermentation gives us all the really good stuff -- wine and beer, bread, kraut and kimchi, and even cheese and chocolate!
At this class, you'll learn how fermented foods give us not only better nutrition, but also the natural probiotics that improve our health and well-being. You'll learn how to make safe, simple, and delicious fermentations at home.
You'll learn how fermentation works to create an assortment of different foods, and you'll get to sample several ferments, and see how exactly they're made from start to finish. You'll also go home with sourdough starter, a SCOBY to make kombucha, and your own jar of kraut-chi you can ferment at home.
