For this SOBEWFF® dinner, he’ll team up with one of South Florida’s finest – Chef Jeremy Ford – who garnered a well-deserved Michelin star for Stubborn Seed, his excellent South of Fifth mainstay. The James Beard semi-finalist, who earned his stripes as the Executive Chef of Matador Room, is also at the helm of The Butcher’s Club at PGA National Resort, the stylish steakhouse that emphasizes the “Top Chef” winner’s peerless precision.
