The 5-course meal inspired by this tiny, but mighty nation will be paired with wines that span the breadth of the country and it's islands. No individual producer could provide this portfolio of wines, so we have turned to Ole & Obrigado Founder Rui Abecassis, who will be with us Virtually to discuss Portugal's wines. Participants will be introduced to a number of wineries and winemakers who offer distinct wines few Americans know about.
