Join Paulina in the wine cave for a sparkling wine and cider tasting with a deep-dive conversation about the intricacies of fermentation and the Champagne Method. We're featuring special guest and friend Ryan Burk. "Ryan Burk is a cidermaker, beverage innovator, and writer dedicated to advancing cider as one of the world's great fermented beverages. For more than fifteen years, he has worked at the intersection of fermentation, agriculture, hospitality, and product innovation, helping shape the modern cider category through both craftsmanship and innovation."
Limited seating. $150 per person plus tax and gratuity. Ticket price includes table snacks and educational cider/champagne tasting. Option to stay for dinner in our wine cave after the class.
