Wine is back at BVCC! Join our wine expert in residence Tom Vaughan, CSW of All Things Alcohol, LLC for an in-depth workshop.
Exploring Cabernet Sauvignon.
Tonight we travel the worlds best wine regions to discover their richest & most developed red wine varietal…CABERNET SAUVIGNON
We will discuss the origins, the climates influence to ripening, the aging processes, and the wine makers touches that produce the drinkable vs. the age able! $30 per person and 8-10 wines will be tasted. A light snack will be provided at the halfway point.
